Cellular Devise
The assignment was to create a cellphone of what we thought it would look like in ten years. The final output was a plastic or wooden phone. I received great feedback from my peers and everyone helped each other and shared ideas. I learned how to bend Plexiglas with a heat gun and use sheet metal to outline things. I could use this knowledge to make different things with Plexiglas. If i did this again, i would do the sheet metal on the edges and rims differently.
Steps
1. Design a future phone
2. Cut metal or wooden phone
3. paint or cut and glue apps onto phone
4. glue on camera

Car
The assignment was to create a model that looked like a car of the future, present or past. The input factors were to know how to use the ban saw and sanders. We researched the car we wanted to do in the lab and printed pictures and found scale measurements. The final product was a car model that looked like the actual car. I received positive feedback from my peers. I learned how to create a model car. This is used in the real world whenever they make models of something before they make an actual product. If I did this again, I would paint a second coat of paint on the car and painted the rear view mirrors.
Steps
1. To cut out pink foam
2. To glue pink foam pieces together
3. To sand the pink foam
4. To melt and mold plexi glass for windows

The assignment was to draw a picture of an indoor garden in the north pole that would be eco friendly and grow hydroponic plants. The input factors were knowing how to draw, color, and use a staple gun.The final product was a colored portrait of your room, with a frame. I received good feedback during the project from my peers. I learned how to use a staple gun. This can be used in the real world when people draw models for presentations. If i did it again, I would have painted the frame.
Steps
1. draw the rooms on regular printing paper
2. to draw the room on foam board
3. to cut and build a frame
4. staple the foam board to the frame

Mi Casa de madera (my log house)
The assignment was to create a house that was "green", good for the environment. You have to know how to make icf concrete froms. The final output was a log cabin with two floors and ten rooms. I got lots of feedback, especially from my teammates as we worked out each step of the process together as a group. I learned about the basic structure of a house and how to make a model house. i can use this information elsewhere because i want to design houses when im older. If i did this again i would make the house bigger and do the stairs differently.
